What we keep, and why.

This note covers solaramatch.com. The Solara app has its own privacy policy inside the app. Last updated 8 October 2026.

What we collect on this site

When you join the waitlist we ask for your name and email, and optionally your city. That is all. We use it to write to you about Solara: the opening of the list, the first salon, the launch in your city.

Later, when the waitlist opens fully, we will ask for more: your birth date, time and place, a photo, and one question. We will explain exactly what each is used for before we ask, and you can leave any of it out.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
• We do not run advertising trackers or third-party cookies on this site.
• We do not write often. A few emails between now and launch.

Where it is stored

Waitlist contacts are stored with Resend, our email provider, in the United States. The site is hosted on Vercel. Both hold data under their own security and privacy terms.

Analytics

We may use privacy-preserving, cookie-free page analytics to see which pages are read. Nothing in it identifies you.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write to hello@solaramatch.com and we will do it within a few days.
